AAMA
The Model AAMA is a Universal Signal Conditioning Module
that can isolate and convert over 100 combinations of industry standard analog
signal ranges. This module offers a DIP switch selection, isolated Input/Output
signal circuit, and transformer.
AFCM
The Model AFCM is an Analog to Frequency Converter Module
that is designed to convert standard signals to frequency signals or pulse
width modulated (PWM) signals.
AIMI
The Model AIMI is a passive isolator which is designed for
electrical isolation and processing of an analog 0(4) to 20 mA standard current
signals. This component provides electrical isolation between the control
electronics and process I/O.
Converter Module
VCM-Voltage Converter Modules provide a accessible and
convenient way to adapt RLC Counters to machine control voltage signals. VCM’s
offer two input voltage ranges that cover the spectrum from 4-270 V.
CRMSTRLE
The Model CSMSTRLE is designed to communicate between
platform, control for use with Modular Controller Series slave modules. This
component offers high speed protocol to communicate through backplane
connection with up to 16 slave modules. The master connection provides power to
the modules.
CSDIO
The CSDIO Series modules offers a digital I/O module that is
designed go the Modular Controller Series. These components offer 8 inputs and
6 outputs that can be used to monitor, contact or sensor inputs and activate
relays, solenoids, PLC inputs, etc.
CSIN18/CSINV8
These Modular Controller Series offers a high density
packaging and DIN rail mounting system. Modules connect and communicate through
backplane connection to the CSMTR Modular Controller Series Master.
CSMSTRSX/CRMSTRGT
The Model CSMSTR is designed for control platform
communications and used with Modular Controller Series slave modules. These
modules use high speed serial protocol to communicate, through backplane
connections up to 16 slave modules.
CSMSTRV2
The Model CSMSTR is designed for control platform
communications and used with Modular Controller Series slave modules. These
modules use high speed serial protocol to communicate, through backplane
connections up to 16 slave modules.
CSOUT
The Model CSOUT is an analog output module that is designed
for The Modular Controller Series. This module offers 4 isolated inputs that
are programmable for output ranges of 0-5V, 01-10V, +/- 10V, 0-20 mA, or
4-20Ma.
CSPID
This series offers a full featured PID controllers designed
with the Modular Controller Series. The CSPID modules connect and communicate
through a backplane connection to the CSMSTR Modular Controller Series Master.
These modules are available in several different output combinations including:
- Relays
- Open drain MOSFETs
- Triac Outputs
CSSG
This module is a full features single loop PID controller
designed for use with the Modular Controller Series. The module allows low
level signals from a variety of a bridge-type tranducers including:
- Load Cells
- Pressure Tranducers
- Torque Tranducers
Optional second signal inputs are also available for providing math capabilities between the two input channels. The modules connect an communicate through a backplane connection to the CSMSTR Master module.
CSTC8CSRTD6
The CST Series includes models (CSTC, CSRTD, CSINI, and CSINV). The modules are 16-bit analog inputs designed for the use with the Modular Controller Series. These modules provide high-density signal measurement for data-acquisition applications.
CUB4LP/CL
Model CUB4LP is a looped powered process indicator that uses
4 to 20 mA or 10 to 50 mA input signal as operating power. The input signal is
also designed to power the backlighting on th CUB4LP40 unit.
Model CUB4CL is a current loop indicator that uses 4 to 20 mA or 10 to 50 mA input signal as operating power. The external power supply is used to power the CUB4CL backlighting that provides lower voltage and brighter, more consistent display.
CUB5/PRE0208
The CUB5 model series is a miniature electronic 8-digit dual
counter and rate indicator. This component is flexible with optional relay
output capability. The meter can is available in single or dual counter with
rate indication capability. The display is available manual or automatic
between selected displays.
DLC
The DLC model series is a dual loop controller that features
a DIN rail mounted dual input PID controller. This component is designed as
modular building block for multiple zone process control applications.
DLCD
The DLCD is a Dual Loop Controller with DH-485 network that features a dual loop PID controller to be controlled and monitored by an Allen Bradley PLC.
DLCN
The DLCN model series is a dual loop controller with a DeviceNet features a similar set and specifications as the standard Dual Loop Controller. This component is designed to operate as a DeviceNet Slave, in which supplies connection to a standard DeviceNet network.
IAMA
The IAMA is a Universal signal conditioning module series
that can isolate and convert over 100 combinations of analog signal ranges. The
IAMA3535 converts and transmits signals linearly proportional to the input. The
IAMA6262 transmits the scaled square root of the input signal and provides an
linear flow rate in applications, while exploiting a different pressure tranducer.
IAMA0006
The IAMA is able to become isolated and convert over 35
combinations of analog signal ranges. The IAMA converts and transmits proportional
to the input. The DIP switch range allows quick setup for over 35 standard
signal conversions.
IAMS
The IAMS is a Universal Signal Conditioner unmatched
capability that provides ultimate flexibility. The component is can be
completely isolated and offers conversion capabilities for most applications.
The Universal Input accepts process, DC current, DC voltage, Thermocaouples,
RTDs, Potionmeters, and linear resistance signals, which allows the module to
be connected to most common sensors.
IFMA
The Model IFMA has a DIN-rail mounting and allows for
frequency input, and outputs an analog voltage or current proportion to the
input frequency, with 0.1% accuracy. IFMA utilizes a 7 position DIP switch,
rotary switch, push-button and 2 indication LEDs to complete an input circuit
configuration, operational parameter set-up, and I/O indication. The input
circuitry is DIP switch selectable for a variety of sources.
IFMR
The Model IFMR allows for frequency input, and controls a
single relay (SPDT) based on the value of the input frequency. The IFMR
utilizes a 7 position DIP switch, rotary switch, push button, and two
indication LEDs to insure input circuit configuration, operational parameter
set-up, input signal, and relay status indication. DIP switch is flexible for a
variety of sources.
LDA
The LDA is a large display that offers a DC volt, current, or process meter with scaling, serial communications and dual relay outputs. Versions are NEMA 4X/IP65 constructed and come with dual Form C relay outputs and RS232/RS485 serial communications.
