We offer a complete line of Carlo Gavazzi relays such as electro-mechanical relays which are used for industrial automation. Carlo Gavazzi relays offer switching loads up to 30 Amps with a wide selection of coil voltages, available in plug-in and PCB mounting. Relays usually come standard with push-to-test button and an LED indicator. Relays are usually used in control panels, in HVAC control systems, pump and compressor control, and electronic and consumer products. They are designed to switch loads such as heaters, lights, and motors.

MZP Series

RD Series

Carlo Gavazzi DC Switching RelaysIndustrial, 1-Phase DSC Types RD 0605-D, RD 2001 –D, RD 3501 –D

The DC switching relay is used in applications for fast switching of small DC loads with a high input/output insulation of more than 4000 VACrms. The DC switching transistor relay always switches ON an OFF in accordance with the applied control voltage.

REC Series

Carlo Gavazzi Three Phase Motor ContactorThree Phase Motor Contactor Types REC2B, REC3B is an electronic contactor intended to replace the traditional mechanical counterpart used to switch 3-phase motors. The range includes 2 and 3 switching versions up to 4kW and 600Vrms.

Three Phase Motor Reversing Types REC2R is a 3-phase electronic motor reversing relay. L1-T1 and L3-T3 poles are switched while L2, T2 pole is a direct connection from L2 phase to the motor. A front dual colored LED, light turns green when the motor is running in the forward direction upon application of control voltage to A-2-A-3 terminals. The motor runs in a reverse direction when control voltage is applied to terminals A1-A-2 and the LED light is red. The integrated electronic interlock prevent short circuit between phases in case a control signal is applied forward and reverse directions and simulates through the pluggable connector on the front of component.

RGC Series / RGS Series

Carlo Gavazzi Zero Switching ContactorsZero Switching Types RGC Solid State Contactor E (Contactor) Connection is designed to maximize efficiency in panel space. This latest design incorporates a slim design product rating with a product rating of 40°C. The smallest width is 17.5mm and is rated at 20 AAC. Power and control terminals allow for a safe looping of cables. Voltage transient protection is standard across the output with a varistor. Specifications are stated at 25°C unless otherwise noted.

Zero Switching TYPES RGS Solid State Relay E (Contactor) Connection switches heater loads and motor loads frequently. The range offers solutions up to 90 AAC in 17.5mm width. Input and output connections are through a screw connection having a captivated washer allowing for safe looping. Other options include integrated heat sinks in RGC ranges. Specifications are stated at 25°C unless otherwise noted.
